Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return any item within 90 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided it is in original condition.

To start a return, email support@shopnexahome.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping as well.
